Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mail2txt.io ("Service"), operated by Lead Magic Corporation ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

mail2txt.io is an email-to-SMS forwarding service. Users register phone numbers, receive a unique email address, and any email sent to that address is forwarded as a text message to the registered phone number.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address and create a password.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account without prior approval.

4. Phone Number Verification

When you add a phone number, we send a one-time verification code via SMS. You must enter this code to confirm ownership. Only verified phone numbers will receive forwarded emails.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

By registering a phone number on mail2txt.io, you expressly consent to receive:

  • Verification messages: A one-time SMS code to verify phone number ownership.
  • Email forwarding messages: SMS messages containing content from emails sent to your unique mail2txt.io address.

Message frequency varies based on the volume of emails sent to your mail2txt.io address. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS messages. You may also remove the phone route from your dashboard at any time.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most major US and Canadian carriers. Carrier availability is not guaranteed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or marketing content to third parties.
  • Forward illegal, harassing, threatening, or harmful content.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including TCPA and CAN-SPAM.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or verification.
  • Register phone numbers you do not own or have authorization to use.

7. Service Plans and Billing

The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. SMS delivery depends on third-party carriers and providers. We are not liable for delayed or failed message delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Magic Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
