Phone routes

Phone routes connect an email address to a verified phone number. Each route gets a unique mail2txt.io email address.

Add a route

Go to the Routes page in your dashboard, add a phone number, and enter the SMS verification code to activate it.

Verification required

We only allow verified phone numbers to receive SMS. This prevents abuse and ensures compliance with carrier policies.

Tip: Use labels

Add labels like “On-call”, “Personal”, or “Sales Alerts” to keep routes organized.
